Preparing Files for Upload

The following points will guide you in preparing your evidence to be uploaded.

Using the Site

Step 1:After following the Preparing Files for Upload guidelines, click the Browse button.
Step 2:

In the Open window, locate the file you want to upload as evidence and click Open.

Step 3:

Verify that the file name in the Upload Document field is correct and unique and click Upload.

Step 4:If your upload is successful, you will receive a window stating “Your File Has Been Successfully Uploaded.” If the uploaded is not successful, please see the Dealing with Error Messages section.
Step 5:Repeat steps 1 through 4 for all remaining evidence files to be uploaded. Please note that you are limited to 5MB total for all evidence files for each violation you are disputing. If the evidence you wish to submit for each violation exceeds 5MB, please submit your hearing request with your evidence by mail or in person.
Step 6:Please note: All images will be converted to a standard image format once they are uploaded to the site and image quality and size may change from your original file. We suggest you preview each evidence file before finalizing your evidence upload. To preview your evidence, click the Preview in the Current Uploaded Files table. If the image quality is acceptable to you, no further action is required for that piece of evidence.
If you find the image is not sharp enough or difficult to read we recommend you select Exit and submit your hearing request with evidence by mail or in person.
Step 7:Once you have uploaded all evidence you wish to submit with your hearing request, have previewed each file and find the quality acceptable, select Next.
Step 8:

Print a copy of the confirmation screen for your records and select close to end the upload session.

Note:If for some reason you cannot upload any and or all of your evidence, please click the Exit button and submit your hearing request along with your evidence by mail or in person.
